01.12.2023 முதல் மேல்முறையீட்டாளர்கள்/புகார்தாரர்கள் தமிழ்நாடு தகவல் ஆணையத்தில் மேல்முறையீட்டு மனுக்கள்/புகார்கள்/ஆணை நிறைவேற்றப்படாமை மனுக்கள் தாக்கல் செய்வதற்கு பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட படிவத்தினை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். இப்படிவங்கள் தமிழ்நாடு தகவல் ஆணைய இணையதளத்தில் (https://tnsic.gov.in) உள்ளன. உரிய படிவத்தில் பெறப்படாத மேல்முறையீட்டு மனுக்கள்/புகார்கள்/ஆணை நிறைவேற்றப்படாமை மனுக்கள், மேல்முறையீட்டாளர்கள்/புகார்தாரர்களுக்கு மீள சமர்ப்பிக்கும் பொருட்டு திருப்பப்படும்.

NOTICE
Appellants/Complainants preferring Appeals/Complaints/Non Compliance Petitions before the Tamil Nadu Information Commission are requested to send their applications in the prescribed format (as per the provisions of RTI Act, 2005) from 01.12.2023 onwards. The prescribed format is available in the website (https://tnsic.gov.in). Appeals/Complaints/Non Compliance Petitions which are not received in the prescribed format will be returned to the Petitioners/Complainants for re-submission.
